Considering renting out my property, i'm torn between self-management and hiring a property management agent.

I've heard concerns about tenants not paying rent, damaging property, and other issues.

Being a landlord seems challenging, and i'd prefer avoiding the headaches.

Can anyone share their experience with hiring a property management agent?

Pros and cons? Worth the cost?

by engaging a property company, the issued u raise , happen too

just that instead of u deal with it, the company help u to deal with it, still u need to pay, on top of the the fixed monthly charge, which i dont know how much.
