I just bought a landed house in Puchong recently. Looking for a good, reliable renovation. Have been in talks/discussing with Reka Brick as they are quite known name but I'm still looking for more option to compare.

Extension and plumbing, etc
If falls within budget, might want to extend 2.5-storey 3-storey.
Extension plan will include beam relocation (not sure if i said it right)
