Hi,

I would appreciate any advice on how to set up my TP-Link ARCHER AX23 (AX1800 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Router) to connect to my CelcomDigi Fibre.
I can use the router with Unifi using the preset mode in the Router apps, but it fails for CelcomDigi (there is a preset mode for Celcom, but none for Digi).
I read somewhere that I should use VLAN 623 or 629, etc., but I still failed.

depend on which one celcomdigi fibre rides on your place.. for me it's on tm so my vlan is set to 629
check your username

if it's [urname]@digi.home.tm then it's riding on tm

Mine has @digi.home.tm as well in the username, I tried putting Internet VLAN ID 629, but to no avail. The rest of the VLAN, such as IPTV and IP phone, are not important, right? I will give another test again later today. Thanks for clarifying about VLAN ID 629.

Aside from Unifi or Celcom, any "custom" profile when you setup the router? If yes, choose that and manually set vlan 629 or 623.
Make sure the username and password is correct, otherwise call CS to double check the password.

Yes, it does have "Custom" at the end of the dropdown options. I had manually set it with multiple Internet VLAN IDs, including those two. I’ll give it another shot when I get back home.

You might be right about the password. It could be causing issues, especially with similar-looking characters like '0' and 'O' or 'I' and 'l.' I'll double check it again.
Thanks!

It finally works. You guys are correct on the VLAN. However, my problem was that I didn't realize that the ISP had changed the username and password when I changed my plan sweat.gif
Thanks for the help, guys!
