Wondering if companies in Malaysia highly particular about their programming languages/tech stack (aka not tech agnostics)? Will I face severe reduction of options later on in career if i opt for a job with a different programming language that the one I want?

Probably highly regulated industry are very particular with their tech stack, startups in the other industry is probably more relaxed but they also tend to be more modern.
