Transfer of Ownership after done MOT, how to check please?

dear forummers
done MOT and law firm say received duly registered title from land office back in May 2024.
show screenshot of borang 4e hakmilik strata then second page shows
rekod perbadanan pengurusan xx
rekod ketuanpunyaan my name sebagai pemilik, 1/1 bahagian
means successfully transfer title from developer to my name alone ? or any other ways to check
or any other things i need to register or update with any gov bodies? (cos i done mot after transfer 50% share from ex partner, latest fire insurance done by condo management still have 2 names as unit owner hmm so weird, cukai taksiran (jul - dec 2024) oso send sms to both me and ex partner asking to pay)
understand the original hakmilik strata letter with bank till i finish paying off loan.

as far as title confirm, when MOT done, the property is confirm transfer misc to tranfers name are Water, - probably done by condo Electricity, Local Council(DBKL/MPSJ/MPk) quit rent. indah water
