 Transfer of Ownership after done MOT, how to check please?

dear forummers

done MOT and law firm say received duly registered title from land office back in May 2024.

show screenshot of borang 4e hakmilik strata then second page shows

my name sebagai pemilik, 1/1 bahagian

means successfully transfer title from developer to my name alone ? or any other ways to check

or any other things i need to register or update with any gov bodies? (cos i done mot after transfer 50% share from ex partner, latest fire insurance done by condo management still have 2 names as unit owner hmm so weird, cukai taksiran (jul - dec 2024) oso send sms to both me and ex partner asking to pay)


understand the original hakmilik strata letter with bank till i finish paying off loan.

as far as title confirm, when MOT done, the property is confirm transfer
misc to tranfers name are
Water, - probably done by condo
Electricity,
Local Council(DBKL/MPSJ/MPk) quit rent.

pemilik 1/1 bahagian means confirm transferred to your name full share already.

how did u transfer your ex partner's half share to you? before transfer did u both take loan? did u refinance it under ur name alone? if u did refinance under ur name alone, then u just inform the condo management.

cukai taksiran u need to update at the relevant majlis (file Borang I&J, some majlis need to pay RM50, some free)

still need to update cukai taksiran and majlis? or those must do since not related to bank loan

need update manually. bank / developer / land office records is not linked to other utilities /majlis record.
