I would like to step back into the property sector since the my current salary in fmcg company really not satisfying me. Wishing to go 5 figures monthly task.

Given that the property sales is not that good compared to the past, I wonder which is the best for property agent?

Subsales house - is definitely hard. But from my research, there is still demand despite it's high pricing. Of coz this is the highest commission among all.

House rental - easy and the fastest way. Of coz the competition among other agents is high too. But which type of property is the easier to do? Lower price like 1000-2000? How about property rental above 3k? Does the demand is high?

New project - most people would prefer buying new project coz it's a new house after all. But from my observation, the price for new project isn't cheap nowadays. Some even as high as 600k for 700sqft(depends on area) . And the commission rate is not as high as subsales.

Lelong house. - since that the property price didn't increase much and some even depreciated it's value, I even see some lelong house are selling at lower pricing than the developer launch price. Quiet interested to work on this niche but under how is the commission is able to get from it.
