who should i engage if i plan to relocate the staircase on the right to be on the left?
will ID house handle everything?
or do i need to engage architect / civil engineer etc?
anyone has a rough idea how much this would cost?

- Usually ID can handle everything from design to finish building
- Whether you need an architect / engineer or not will depends on whether on your local city council if drawing submission is needed for house modifications. (But most likely something as big scope as changing staircase location will need)
- You can ask the ID if they have contact for architect in mind. Usually architect will have their engineers contact too. If ID don't have for your majlis perbandaran then call your local majlis and ask them if they have panel architects/engineers/draftsmen.
- Alternatively if you're looking to save cost you can directly find your majlis' panel engineer/architect,draftsmen to do the drawing then find your own contractor to do it. Because usually IDs will make the cost way more because they handle more than just drawing and building. They are a premium service where they handle A to Z for you.
