  Just accompanied a friend to collect keys for their Phase 1 unit last week, noticed that their workmanship is actually pretty good, main con is Nestcon same one as Exsim. There's shop lots downstairs, surprised that most of them are tenanted ady. The management told us they have upcoming new launch for Phase 2 soon, they are planning a shutter bus route to mrt too, seem like another limited property to grab! Just spoke with an agent, I heard they are going to change the sales gallery into a new park when phase 2 is almost done.
Anyway tmr will go have a look.
