AirPods Pro 2 is not showing Hearing Health features in the latest firmware 7B19.

I recently updated my Apple AirPods Pro 2 to firmware version 7B19, which is supposed to enable the new Hearing Test feature along with iOS 18.1
However, I'm having trouble finding the Hearing Test option in the app settings.
I’m using an iPhone SE 2020 to test this feature.
I'm wondering if this feature is not available in the Malaysia region or if there are any steps I can take to enable it.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution?

If you really want proper hearing test please visit proper facility hospital etc

That place is fully isolated sounds proof material aka a very quiet environment until you can hear the doctor breathing sounds and let doctor proper evaluate your condition

Why i know because I'm hearing loss+long term tinnitus too.

After you update your iPhone or iPad to iOS 18.1, you can head to the AirPods menu in the Settings app to view the new Hearing Health features. It’s worth noting that the new features work with both the Lightning and USB-C versions of the AirPods Pro 2.

I appreciate all the help you've provided so far. However, I'm having trouble locating the hearing health feature on my iPhone SE 2020 iOS 18.1(22B82) & Apple AirPods Pro 2 firmware version 7B19, I've checked the settings but can't seem to find it.

Yes, I watched some YouTube videos about this last night after updated my iPhones to iOS 18.1. People were commenting they can’t see this feature, and got replied with only available for US/Canada for now though eventually will be rolled out to the rest later.

My AirPods Pro 2 is not even updated to the latest firmware and can’t seem to trigger the update. Gonna wait then.

My AirPods Pro 2 updated to the latest firmware a few days ago. Airpods firmware got the update earlier

Yeah I know but it seems it hasn’t triggered mine. My case battery is lower than 50% now, maybe that’s the reason it hasn’t pushed to mine, I saw YouTube videos saying need at least 50%. Anyway, I hardly use the AirPods now so I don’t charge it often. Will get it charged and see how it goes.

Unfortunately Malaysia is not in a supported region for this /sad and /disappointed

https://www.apple.com/airpods-pro/feature-availability/

This includes even the basic Hearing Test, or Hearing Protection, and Hearing Aid

If we change our location to the United States or Canada and use a VPN, would it enable access to these features?
