https://www.chinhingroup.com/property-development/ shows that there is upcoming project in Taman Connaught but no other news on that. Likely to be after the Rawang project then. Watch this space

Honestly the description of the project as spelt in the website is really brief.
Just curious which part of tmn con-naughty has land for project.... sewage plant? Or?

unlikely to be directly at Taman Connaught - most likely more than a street away from there, I dont see any available land anymore that isn't in use.

There is a closed down sewage plant right opposite of ikon connaught.. infront of some apartment..

That land is own by ivory if not wrong.. but ivory got financial difficulties, probably fire sale to chinhin already

didnt know it was closed already. But that location seriously one of the worse to build a condo:

- 2 high-traffic roads wrapping west and south of the location.
- graveyard west of location
- existing low-mid cost apartments north of location with high density of cars. East side also alot of cars from the apts + landed houses.
- Junction into highway on south-west side very often jam and accident-prone.


Entrance also need to think where they build, north and south is impossible. East-side most likely not the entrance since recreational park is already built there. West side also jam very often gg.

sure got land . no land also they will make land to build.
small intersection between road also can make a condo there. nothing is impossible in Malaysia
