Would like to know, if youre buying a rsku, rmm,Rumahwip project, and the developer is not really that known.
What happens if they abandon project? Is there any protection on this?Since it’s from Gov initiative.

Buy subsale or auction unless you want full financing.

Bought a newly Vped rsku through auction few years ago. Viewed, liked ... bid.

Buying subsale takes away the doubts from the brochures and whichever lousy developers.

My previous properties purchased are all new vped subsale. 'WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET'
