Healthcare services firm Metro Healthcare Bhd (KL:MHCARE) on Thursday unveiled the prospectus for its initial public offering (IPO) to raise RM39.16 million as part of its listing transfer from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market.

The IPO, priced at 25 sen per share, entails the issuance of 156.63 million new shares representing a 16% stake in the company, according to the prospectus. The listing exercise does not involve the sale of any existing shares, the prospectus showed.

The IPO application period closes on Nov 4, with the company’s listing date of Nov 15.

Healthcare but specific in IVF isn't it? Like Alpha IVF listed early of this year, it's share price doesn't really moving

anyone compare this to Life Water. Balloting date for Life Water on the 4 Nov. So cannot turn around money in time

Got "healthcare" slapped against the company name is enough to create some level of hype....

Just like "technology" or "energy".... Or even "solar" 😁

Rather high valuation for this IPO. Way higher than ALPHA IVF when listed.

IPO seems to have died down. Not many people speaking about this one even tho tomorrow is the last day. Even the last few IPOs I think I saw didn't gain much or made losses. Maybe not worth to try anymore?
