what are they building at TPM & beside MEX?, near pav bkt jalil/TPM and MEX

does anyone have any idea what are they building at these places as i see there are movements there currently?
1. on top of the hill along the road from Pavillion Bukit Jalil to Puncak Jalil (answer given by M.ROOK - this is Mranti Park phase 3)  2. a flatten land on Persiaran Pinggiran Putra 2 beside MEX highway  This post has been edited by smokey: Oct 24 2024, 03:11 PM |

that land is gov future technology park right?
so long adi like that no movement but tat area bukit jalil gonna pick up fast wellness center already coming up, can see few floors structures completed |

Drove inside and exited Mlanti near the traffic light two months back. I saw Sunkway logo there before the exit. Didn't have a chance to snap a photo when driving.

For the #2 plot beside MEX, they are building landed houses but there is still no project name. Anyone has info?
