Unable to log in Celcom Life Hub

Hi everyone, I am a user of celcom home fibre only, and was trying to log in celcom life hub to pay bill. I was not able to log in as I did not receive any OTP from my hotmail. Tried to contact support via phone but unable to proceed due to don't have phone number. Contact via web but was left cold for 2 days already. Anyone know what I can do?
