But but didn't they know, after auction, they are liable for the remaining sum owed to bank? By damaging their car they will owe more? I guess education is important. |

Thats why, must include 1 more thing in hire purchase agreement, allow banks to quietly deduct EPF account after auction, if the value is not enough.

They live in a big house, and the car doesn't seem too expensive either. Are you sure they are incapable of paying, or could it be their ploy all along?
