ie look at gov policies and you already can decide if it is racist or not. Very easy to see unless one choose to be blind. Imagine America put a law that says only White can buy properties with discount... that is clearly racist.

Our gomen indeed practicing racist policies as enshrined in the constitutions. And just because its formalized, official and within the law of the land ... doesn't mean its non-racist.


And same goes for countries not ranked either.. they have their racist policies as well to some extent , but definitely not as chronic and pathetic as ours .
