Same bank CDM for same only.

Best way is open BSN saving.

BSN cdm > your BSN saving acc > BSN online banking > duitnow transfer to any bank of your liking.

I noticed there's one type of CDM that can do that.

If you can find CDM that called Safeguards, you can deposit the money to other banks. I found one at Econsave near my home

Yes, same as withdrawal got charges RM 1 per transaction, but factor in petrol and parking which can cost more than RM 1.

Never notice got safe guard atm around, is it limited to certain area only?

Notice hong leong bank can deposit to other bank using 2 in 1 cash deposit mechine, charge RM1
