To my post-relationship understanding, she was already traumatized whether by her own past actions and others to the point of victimhood and merely wanted peace and quietness. No further troubles and the likes.

I learnt from here that some people just want to get into relationships just to use them for yapping and sort of heal before calling it off, but never a vivid or real and meaningful partnership.
