how many government and glc independent app alone are out there and how many of them have secure data protection?

jpj need one, mpsj need one, dbkl need one, ampang need one, parking need one, tnb need one, syabas need one, mysejahtera need one, every fucking one department needs one, and everyone will open mouth asking for allocations for app development.

why consolidate if we can get free money every year for budget allocation from mp and state gov?
