I am looking for free version of an app or AI based website which reduce background noise in a video.

you need to specify
like permanent denoise?
temporary denoise?
where you want to play?

for PC, mpc-hc with denoise shader will remove but not that much.
for permanent you need to use encoder with denoise filter,
you also need fairly powerful pc to transcode.

realtime AI denoise you probably cant do with current state of the phone SoC
because our Soc probably not that powerful.

I’ve used Kapwing before, and it’s got a pretty solid free version for noise reduction in videos. You can upload your footage and clean up background noise easily.
