today i went to srvey price for tz15 at sunway pyramid (after getting good recommendation from cameltosis and unclecheang.

first time have a close look at tz15. very impressive especially on lcd. picture wise i tried to snap few low light indoor photo in the shop (normally this one of major concern with compact camera) and quality is not bad (better than i expected) or at least better than my old exilim.

lowest quoted from fotokem rm1190 with free 2gb and panasonic hard cases. senQ offer rm1399 (cannot bargain). harvey norman display price rm1299. after i ask for lower price can give rm1199 with free screen protector, 4gb card and cases ( seem like a good bargain.

or maybe some can recommend shop with better price. i thinking buying this tomorrow night coz need to take some pictures this weekend.

bout extended warranty, forgot to mention, at harvey norman 2+5=172 (thats what written). i thought monthly installment, turn out to be 2 normal yr warranty + additional 3 yrs for additional rm172.

one more i forgot, harvey noman oso give full size tripod.

yaa hoo... finally got my tz15 from harvey norman. before my trip to genting tomorrow. rm1270+rm172 for additional 3 yr warranty. 4gb panasonic sd card, tripod, screen protector and soft cases. i think this is value for money already. oh forgot to mention, got it on 12 mth free installment (rm111/mth). he.. he..

i would recommend harvey norman (sunway pyramid) anytime to anybody (camera only, other things never bought from them). this is my first purchase. go and see sales assistant simon xxx there. kudos to him. even let me try other camera when asked even though hes already processing my sales. (now i'm really promoting them. he.. he..) ya lor. its not easy to be professionally serve nowadays.

first impression on tz15. wow!! first when i saw cameltosis photos then unclecheang ayam goreng (yummy). first hand experience using it in the shop also wow. then on the way back open box in the car. luckily battery already charge a little bit. snap here snap there. wow again. picture fantastic. i'm comparing this to my old exilim (ex-600).

so people, if you looking pns camera, long zoom, mid range price, good quality (not saying the best coz i think lx3 is more impressive), can put in pocket, good goodies (maybe), this is the camera to go for. at least for now i'm very2 happy with it.

hopefully this good input for u guys who looking for new compact camera.

p/s maybe i should thanks cameltosis and unclecheang for "cucuk2" me.

u r quite rite bout the lcd. quite deceiving. pic look excellence in it but when u transfer in pc not as good as in lcd i think pic with flash is better than without flash.

so far i'm very impress with picture quality in macro mode and also zoomed picture. and also video quality. most of my pic taken using iA mode.

i wanna attach some sample pic i've taken here but dont know how to do that. anybody can teach how?

try to learn to take better picture with this camera. but i think, its nothing really to learn with it. not much options available. this camera really point and shoot kind of camera. serve it purpose as compact camera.

i would say its reasonable price. i bought it for 1170 last month.
i think you make a rite choice with this model. enjoy your tz15.
