Usually at 4.45pm, all transaction stops, & at 4.50pm, it restart s sometimes with different price.

Why is it so? What actually happened?

For small players like us, 4.45pm last deal, but u still can submit buy/sell orders, depends if the quantity can match exactly
4.50pm - 5pm are usually the bulk orders, which buy-sell match at exact amount (this was my last knowledge few years ago, guesses no changes on this till today?)

not accurate. 4.50pm is called Trading At Last, where orders are only matched at the closing auction price at 4.50pm

you can trade no matter big or small players, but all trades can only be matched at the closing price.

based on my understanding, 4.45-4.50pm the system will match the buy-sell orders with the highest matching

then the last 10min, you only can buy-sell at that price
