can anyone share which camera is the best? and my budget is not high either

I found canon eos m50 mark ii , but pricey for beginner like me.

What smart phone do u use? Are u using the front camera? If yes, then definitely bad lo.

My partner is conducting classes with an HP laptop last year. This year she switched to Macbook and never been happier with the image quality. The dynamic range is better, no settings were tweaked. Just login as usual the its a lot better.

Then I would suggest you to save up more and get a macbook air M2. The price is around 4k.

Worth every penny for an online tutor for you. Affordable and a good workhorse.
