Very hard to answer this question without generalizing the female population.

But i believe how women judge a person whether they successful is on their own core value on what they deemed as successful, which are very subjective. Rich might be easier, as those are quantifiable like net worth.

In general i believe majority of women will judge a person based on their material wealth and outward appearances as those are the easiest. Whereas some will judge you by other outward attributes such as your background, your profession, who you hang out with. A very select few will spend sometime to understand you and judge you by your character, how you present yourself or how you handle money, your drives and other less obvious traits.

So after a wall of text, there is really no single rule to judge how successful or rich a person is unless you manage his finances.

But obviously you can tweak your "first impression game" to attract the kind of person you want to attract into your life.
