In the 90s, reform was impossible.
Today the populace is more polarized.
As in 49% vote for PAS and BMF for Palestine.
So PM of today need to be more tactful & careful.
As Sheratorn and are lots of little napoleons still exist.

Is there reform?
GISBH was exposed.

Anti-corruption is top priority
And must be done by MACC and judicial branch
Otherwise PMX executive branch intervention will not work.

Reform must be the system, not personal.

Then there is the other problem, capitalism creating wealth-gap, where no other PM have even attempt such reform.
