I have a very good customer experience in Game Tech, BJC. ok, first, i hv no any relation to the gameshop.
I was looking for PSP and heard some good feedback about ACE (Perangin Mall) and GameTech (BJC). So, I called the boss from ACE, Hin, and asked for the PSP full set (with 4GB non-original memory) price, it is RM750.
Since I am located at Bayan Lepas, so I visited GameTech in BJC. There are two GameTech in BJC, same floor (1st floor). One is above the A&W and another one (which I went to) is near the handphone stalls. There are 1 young guy and 1 young lady.
When I reached there, a polite salesgirl approached me. Asked for the price and it was RM699, I was shocked and surprised because this is the cheapest price i can get). Asked every details and she slowly explained to me:
The package included screen protector, USB cable, 4BG memory and 1 time full load of games. 1 month warranty and 1 year free service charge (not including upgrading firmware)
The difference is, no pouch (which is about RM20-30) included. When I asked the memory is original or not, she honestly told me is not original one. So after few second thoughts, I decided to buy from them. Add an original pouch, RM30. So total is RM699+ RM30, around RM730.
It takes some time for them to save the games I selected. So they asked me to come back in 10-20 mins. So i went and shop around, look for an original memory stick pro duo 4G, so lucky, found one at camera shop, located at group floor, RM120.
So, with the new memory stick, i went to the shop and politely asked whether they can load additional games to the new memory stick or not. They called their boss and he said OK! When I asked, they NOT even giv me any bad face.. I am very impressed with their customer service.
After they finished loading the game, they explained to me on how to use the PSP, etc...
So, GAME TECH is highly recommended. Hopes you have another good alternative when wanted to buy game stuffs. Now, they are doing promotion on PSP, if you want to buy now, go there and take a look.
DO NOT ( I say again, DO NOT) go to Mario, which located at ground floor, they are damn "lansi".
Just to share my personal experience.
