I bought my PSP there too. Well, judging from the amount of people buying stuff from ACE, I think I am pretty confident about their "integrity". Anyway, I still made a lot of checking, like the serial number and the console overall look etc.

No matter how good the refurbishment is, they bound to have some issues, like the color falling off, there are tiny scartches (which shouldn't have in brand new system) and the grease. Grease is one of the most obvious proof of refurbished system as it is nearly impossible to be wipe off completely.

better order from KL. add rm5 for shipping is much more worthy than paying a high price at penang.

hard to get... prangin mall got 2. ACE and one shop same level as popular selling pc,ps2,wii,xbox games.
other, carrefour, sunway carnival and chai lengpark. dont go to pacific prai, nothing is there. only overpriced ps3 games.

There were one game open at kulim-giant...it ps3 game price it same/or near the same with KL..only game..but console price at same with the rest of penang shop...but in penang island..sorry off topic..hehe

asked price for xbox 360 60gb go pro last week at Gamemaster Queensbay ... its RM1599 .... so mahal .... zzzz

If that is the one, it is probably the most reputable (by no mean 100% perfect) shop in Penang.

Like I said previously, everything I post here is based on my experience .

For the past 2 times that I deal with them, the boss, the lady and the shop keep had been good to me, even though I asked a lot of questions and insist on a few things. I don't feel any "you wan it, you pay the money" attitude from them.

Also, a few of my friends went there to buy stuff from them and so far I did not heard any complaints, yet. And, for all the consoles we bought, I don't think there are any recon set among them.

I understand and heard countless times that their service are no good, especially after sales service, and frankly I have doubts on that too. However, there are occasions where the boss / experience worker teaching / guiding my friends on how to set up the console correctly, especially for PS3 and Xbox360. So far my consoles are all still good, but when my NDS battery starting to lose it, I will use that as a "guinea pig" to see their real "face".

HK set warranty in HK ... SG set in SG ... its the same * i think* XD hehe .. i wanna get MY set ... i heard rumors <<<<<< RUMORS .... that PS3 Slim MY set gonna release on November ..... so gonna wait 1st coz i prefer to have Malaysia Warranty then other country warranty
