What's the latest price for Asian 40gb PS3 in Penang guys?

How about modded Xbox360 Elite? I just casually asked Game Monster (the shop in Qbay opposite Harvey Norman) and was quoted RM 1799 (1 controller + 10 JS games). Btw, just some feedback on the Game Monster shop, the owner is quite friendly and offers some good advice imo.

Any owners of the newer batch of modded Xbox 360 Elite faced any 3rod problem? If the problem still continues I think I have to drop the Xbox from my consideration list already.

I just went to BJ and enquired from Mario and GameTech. Mario PS3 40GB is Rm 1400 with 1 year warranty on service. GameTech is RM 1450 with 1 month warranty only.

I think ACE has the best deal then. How much is the price for Tekken 5 if sold separately? RM 200?

Yea, I agree that getting from here is indeed better. But if the price is too high then might not consider it. How about games? U guys buy from Penang or KL send over? Or Jack Sparrow?

Ok I'm also considering between PS3 and Wii only. Whats the average price of games for PS3 and Wii in Penang? U know any must-have games for PS3?

Actually I quite like the Wii. Except for the fact that the console lacks the processing muscle of the PS3 or even Xbox 360, I can actually have better idea of the games that I would actually want to buy from the Wii platform. Examples include Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Mario Kart and Zelda among others. As for PS3, I'm only looking forward to FF13. I also love Soul Calibur, Tekken and DMC4. I'll possibly get MSG4 (fans please don't kill me ) if I buy the PS3 since the game received such a good review.

Does the Wii have any known problems? I don't seem to notice anyone complaining of problems with their Wii

It's a japan set. Not the US Wii I believe. It should be at the shop (forgot the name) near to the Thai foot massage area. Btw for Xbox 360 I believe GameMonster is slightly cheaper. Was quoted RM 1799 a couple of weeks ago.
