The owner is gamer too. Played all his life. He has a decent full time job, just something to spend his time with, hence not 'chop head' price. Shop manned by his partner.
Old console buyback a bit tricky. As above, profit gonna be very minimal. I doubt he could buy back the old console. Try to put yourself in his shoe, would you buy back an old say Xbox360 xenon edition?
Promo> Got some stuff for regular buyer, nothing much but could be promo items given by supplier. What he got from supplier, he give to regular. Other than that, can conjure up something. Either way, if you are regular, sure will get added bonus.

I don't think the rent makes too much of a difference. But yeah, QB's game shop's price is not as good as those in BJ complex / Prangin. Hope this can be change.

Previously we got one shop do a tiny intro here, but they are extremely reluctant to put the price list here, stating that the price always change.
