i havent update anything yet .. bought my xbox 5 weeks ago =x already with firmware 1.6 ... i already read some article about updating the firmware on ur own .. but i rather pay ppl like ah hin who has experience with this stuff do it for me .. RM 120 for update considered a small price to pay since i dont want to mess up my new xbox .. * i dont even know what brand of dvd rom is my xbox360 is ...

well i agree with you most shop is like that 1 .... they do business for sake for money ... and if u notice most of the shop ppl who sell game console/games is not even a hardcore gamer/ have interest towards game industry ... most of them also kinda cannot speak in fluent Malay/English .. + with some attitude problem ...

hmm do u have a hardcore gamer friend in real life ? if u do then try ask him about xbox 360 coz now in penang got 3 kind of xbox console sold ...

Xbox Elite * Black and 120gb hdd*
Xbox 360 Arcade * white and no hhd but have memory card*
Xbox 360 go Pro * white and 60gb hdd*

... and not to mention most xbox 360 in market now is modded *ahem game* ... and prices in penang a lil bit higher than KL price .. * price different like RM50 ~ 200* so it would be usefull if u know some1 who knowledgeable in xbox 360 and ask him/her to accompany you when u buying a console since some seller will try to take advantage like swapping your ori controller with 3rd party controller or even try to put higher price ... oh yeah if u wanna play online its best to buy unmodded xbox360 or PS3 slim and buy Ori games XD

yea i stopped playing online since Microsoft started massive ban earlier this months .. now i mostly play my xbox 360 offline ... planning to get PS3 slim in march or April 2010 for online gaming and ps3 exclusive games tittle ..

xbox 360 if u want play multiplayer games online = need buy xbox live gold membership , and i think xbox 360 games got region lock

so

PS3 = free to play online , no worries about getting ban , games might be a little pricey * what u aspect ... its Ori lol ... using Blu-ray technology ...

Xbox360 = lets say u bought a unmodded unit ... then price of ori games u spend ... + price of gold membership u need to pay to get online the cost might be as same as buying ps3 and its games or maybe higher .... and also most shop in penang dont sell Gold membership card ... ...


well im not a ps3 fanboy or xbox fanboy .. just giving my advice/opinions ...

yea most shop selling ps3 Sg set ... but try ask ilikepanadol ... he will start selling PS3 slim Msia set soon ...

well the ps3 slim Sg and Msia not really got different .. just the warranty aspect ...

just wanna ask .. which shop selling ori wii games at reasonable price? my cousin coming to Penang next week and he ask me about prices .. lol i dont know ... i never even look and bother about wii before XD .. and is the Wii game sold in Jusco Queensbay price is good ? i already havent go inside jusco there like 3 months .. forgot about the price there ...

maybe should give suggestion to ilikepanadol put advertisement using the lifestyle brochure * u know the advertisement book they put in ur house mailbox * but the downside of this method is ... cost money lol Area A + area B cost RM 380 *price quoted from the brochure ... they didnt put it on website ...*
