For old landed house (double storey) in KL, where the floor plan is missing, how to proceed if want to renovate the house (including extension)?
plan is: re-do wiring re-do plumbing extension basically big reno old developer not in business already, so unable get a copy. Whats next? Do i hire an architect to re-do the detailed floor plan and ask them to draw the new extension at the same time? how much will it costs to draw the floor plan from scratch? |
