During the height of the boycott, mekdi was still doing roaring business thanks to their drive thru. Care to guess who the majority of the drive thru customers are?

You see so many denials above. Mekdi is still doing well, maybe just maybe not roaring as before, but still well enough and it’s not due to increased nons support. None of your boycott make sense when people are still buying (drive thrus). Just ask the workers manning those drive thrus la…you don’t see the crowd at their restaurants doesn’t mean the boycott is working. Deliveries should be included too.

QUOTE(Seoliem @ Oct 10 2024, 10:40 AM) Only mekdi i think can survive coz not many good alternatives to mekdi and kids still loving it But for kfc and starbucks are doomed..even after the ceasefire, ppl will never going back especially starbucks coz so many good alternatives and cheaper as well Well I don’t deny that. Maybe not KFC though. Starbucks should be OK if they concentrate on niche market like upmarket areas & not open anywhere everywhere.

QUOTE(30624770 @ Oct 10 2024, 10:51 AM) I think KFC problem is not really from boycott. I think they already facing problems before boycott. Remember all the complains about the size of their chicken? KFC’s problems can be fixed. Often the memory of colonel’s 11 herbs & spices would entice people back. You won’t hear of people saying “I miss the aroma of DFC’s fried chicken”. KFC’s aroma can’t be beaten or replicated.
