from photos yes it sort of leaking from the shiny surface u see there. If you change outside u maybe can save abit on labour, I think the range should be around 800-1000 for whole set of 4.

but my wife was quoted for front left only and asked for 1.2k so i was skeptical
checking with them back whether they meant change = change all @ 1.2k

If 1.2k for 1 side only then blardy expensive.

online price is 600+- for the whole set. add mounting is 200+-. then u need maybe 100-200 for labour

Just for reference I changed my inspira whole set absorber + mounting bearing at 1400+- IIRC at proton sc. maybe u can try and clarify back with the sc.

for other workshop at your area sorry couldn't help as I dont live there.

You can survey arround, google map review is quite helpful for checking their reliability.

This can be changed outside.. Usually its much more cheaper.

With that 1.2k outside. I think can change all already. Mounting, absorber and link.

SC usually charges 1 side. But people who know.. usually you change 1 side is not enough. Min both side.

Suggest you. go on Saga community group and search for a Workshop to get a quotation first. 1.2k should be enough to change all 4.

Also with the age of your car, suggest you to change all 4.

Hi, for heavy stuff like 4 pieces of absorbers its a bit risky during transportation.
I suggest visit a car spare part shop and compare their prices. If its not too far off maybe can buy at these shops. Usually arent so expensive.

If wan jimat more, search for kayaba/kyb or monroe brand. Much cheaper below rm500 can get 4 absorbers. These are quite reliable and are oem for a lot of japanese makes cars.

Workmanship will be around rm200-250 for all.
