Hi all, keys of my unit were handover to me back in year 2019 and the said DLP had officially ended on 14 December 2021. Throughout the DLP, i've no issue in maintaining the unit until recently, whereby my tenant ring me up and told me the case of water leakages in his room.

My tenant and plumber followed-up by calling the JMB to have a look on the unit that was flooded before the removal of timber flooring to look for the spot of leakages. Thereafter, i've discovered the following:

1) Pipe burst was due from the CW incoming pipe towards the bathroom.
2) This issue has had never happened during the entire DLP.
3) However, there is an obvious repaired mark indicating that the exact water leakage spot had previously been repaired prior to keys handover to me (as i've never came across this issue during entire DLP)

I wonder can i take any action against the developer?
Developer uses a subsidiaries instead of their group name, can i still pursue the parent company to take responsibilities if the subsidiaries had already been shut down?

Many thanks in advance...
