prefer low density over high density.

you don't want 50 units share 4 lifts. it will take you 10 minutes to go up and go down. then circle circle the different levels before officially exit the condo.

New Youtube videos of this project showed up in my feed recently even though this project is not new. Checked Teduh, only around 10% is sold. I think there are a few reasons
1. Priced relatively high
2. Fully furnished can turn off potential customers who want flexibilities or cheaper price
3. No Balcony nor yard
4. Thunder stolen by nearby BH?
