That's right, technically here - Marketing Coordinator would be the lowest in rank within the department because they're like the marketing administrator who takes on the paperwork, coordination/ liaison etc. Is it true that the Marketing Coordinator position is lower than Marketing Executive? If you have prior experience in Digital Marketing, then you're all set for Executive or Senior Executive position. Digital "Specialist" will be someone very specific in a certain role/ task and iinm more technical part of the scope - where you don't deal with clients (if you're working for an agency).
Btw a title is just a title. Read up on the job scope/ responsibilities & requirement - that will be more accurate.
