i like my nasilemak plain
cant think of anything non halal i could add to make it better
though maybe a small portion of slow cooked babi hutan with cumin and star anise might be nice too

dude puhleaseeee, nowadays malay nasi lemak the sambal sweet as fark, WTF put so much sugar in nasi lemak sambal? I miss those days original nasi lemak, those makcik sell one. Nice and spicy. Nowadays generation pukimak strawberry sial, everything wan sweet, spicy a bit terus complain  doh.gif

i agree the sambal nowadays tends to be more sweet but i still find the tail got heat.
i think Village and Burung hantu and Bumbung can still eat la.
spice aside, i prefer the abovemnetioned and the NL from my fave indon makcik at my local pasar malam
