Fin block. 
You need a long screw driver to reach the screw, free screw driver provided. 
Magnetic mesh cover. I think this is totally unnecessary. 
No mention of fan bearing type on packaging. 
Sturdy metal back plate. 
1700 ready 
Done, relatively easy and quick assemble. Can mount additional pull fan if desired.
