Sifu sekalian, anyone have idea how much roughly it will cost to waterproof my bathroom floor? let say around 6ft x 7ft.

Im having headache of complain of leaking from my unit downstair.

This is the 2nd complain, last was 3 years ago and I water proofed the old way ( remove tiling reinforce water proof the old way).

Was thinking of doing silicone on the whole floor? will it be better.

I saw this in FB months ago. You might want to consider to hire them to check if there is internal leaking. Also, there are some cheap options of ultrasound detector in Shopee.

Apply silicone is prevent water above surface, but not internal leaking.

Have you identify the reason/ source of leak, drips? From piping routing underside of your floor slab, floor trap or the floor ?
