I just asked my landlord about renewing the lease. She said no problem, and mentioned she's happy to have a tenant like me. She said she would get her agent to draft the contract. She asked how long I would like to renew for.

If I plan to stay long-term, how long would be reasonable to suggest for the lease renewal? I am renting an apartment near JB CIQ.
