Any ideas regarding this property? I do see a lot of haate for AK but seems their first A series (axon) is doing pretty good? Im considering as well....just that very close proximity is old residential connectivity not too bad imo

It is leasehold, i booked a Type B. I'm not sure about AK but just talking about layout pretty nice. Only concern would be private lift lobby lift car only 1 per type could be congested and whether the services AK promised will be fulfilled (golf simulator, delivery robot..etc)

Aset Kayamas is it? I've done some research their handover is fast but defect quite alot...But i think their A series should be better since i have heard much issues with Axxon hmmm

The layout really suits me...but i do agree it's a bigger than what i'd probably chew, the location a bit off and the nearest mall is Endah Parade lol

Thanks for the insight...as foreigner i think we consider condo with facilities more convenient. Definitely should reconsider

private lift lobby is not included in the layout sizes advertised. if add in the lobby size it is around RM5xx psf. showroom layout is 2526 sqft

So So Developer, location not nice and price is too expensive.
Can buy landed with that price.
