missing court date is a serious offence, i think you should either consult a lawyer friend (who can give you free advise) or go to the designated court to ask what are the steps you can take instead of asking here.

does it show in MyBayar, what is status, can you pay it off online?

pay asap. i don't play with law, especially those with court dates.

Out of curiosity, had anyone received summon from JPJ on offenses reported by other road users?

We know there is an option to report road offenses using MyJPJ app but just curious had anyone actually received a summon for it in real life

Just pay at JPJ / MySiKAP before get blacklisted. Once blacklisted, need to go to JPJ to get it removed and for them to reissue the summons before u can pay.

got deadline before blacklisting?

nothing to worry.

worst case scenario, ur car or ur driving license get blacklisted = cannot renew.

if that happens, just go to JPJ, they will set a new court date, if the saman is compoundable, then just pay OTS. and blacklist will be cleared 30 mins later.

dulu company drivers after kena saman, all simpan2 diam2, takut boss marah. then when lorry cannot renew roadtax, baru found out.
