Some of those dumb people never drive into SG before and just bash cause of 3x or red eye.

In Woodland and Tuas(2nd link) AFTER Malaysia side immigration prior to enter neutral border. There is a mini auto stop that capture the car plate. If want to capture SG plate outstanding summons can be done there. BUT problem is the data not updated.
So now using VEP to do the same thing but processing slow.
