I intend to switch from Samsung Galaxy flagship mobile phones to one of the above when they launch their latest - OnePlus 13, Nothing Phone (3), Vivo x200ultra, Oppo Find X8 Pro or Honor Magic 7 Pro. Which of these brand have reliable after sales support in Malaysia?

Legit question. I also been using Samsung for a long time. Thinking what are the options should I choose to change brand one day.

Have you gotten any insights? I am thinking to move out from Samsung as well. Probably getting Pixel or Nothing 3 next year. I want the best Google experience and good camera quality.

Oppo Fons reliable especially flagship versions. I'm using Find X6 Pro since May 2023. So no need go SC unlike Samsung Fon green line, pink line, s pen spoiled, screen turn white.

Hmm..If your highest priority is camera quality then Google pixel BUT as long as tensor is using Samsung foundry tensor g1 , g2 , g3.....the power efficiency will be horrible.

- you will experience extremely poor signal reception
- if you use mobile data with pixel it will heat up like crazy
- the heat will lead to horrible battery life
- also tensor performance is similar to exy-shit

Advice would be to have two phone, Google pixel for camera exclusive and another phone for other stuff

Can't vouch much for after sales but in Sarawak vivo and oppo if got any issue can fix on spot, no need hantar to Gardenia land fix.

2. OnePlus has buggy software and make sure to get OnePlus device that don't use Samsung OLED or else green line will come for you

3. Nothing phone , never tried before but from many impressions online I like their software , very optimized
Nothing phone has this hidden nothing text because it's from UK

4. Honor I not sure, never have any in-depth look on it.

Currently using one plus n30 5g, and love it! Camera is pretty decent. Probably still not as great as the latest iphone quality. Phone battery dies pretty fast if you're on 5g so I switched mind to 4g.
