Haha but then I think mine was 3000sft vs 2200sft so my decision making was really easy and base on the space. Got plans to shift my mum in later when she isn't agile anymore. Now she can drive and jalan2 her own so I let her be staying at my condo in shah alam.

Actually some sports car kept their resale value very nicely (inflation aside lah).

Some models can be even profit after use for few years.

Honda s2000? Mustang gt 69 buy here pay roadtax also hailat. Gojira r34/r35 same.. maintaining a legend car is not cheap that's all I can say.
