3REN is an investment holding company whilst its wholly-owned subsidiary companies are principally involved in the provision of automation solutions and engineering services.
Shares to be issued/offered:
IPO in conjunction with the listing of 3Ren on the ACE Market comprising:

(I) Public Issue of 110,000,000 new ordinary shares in 3Ren (“Shares”) in the following manner:

32,500,000 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian Public;
30,000,000 new Shares available for application by eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of 3Ren and its subsidiaries;
3,800,000 new Shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by The Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia (“MITI”); and
43,700,000 new Shares by way of private placement to selected investors; and

(II) Offer for sale of 45,000,000 existing Shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by the MITI.
