Principal Activity:

The principal activity of Sorento Capital is investment holding. Its subsidiaries are principally involved in the marketing, distribution and sale of bathroom and kitchen sanitary wares.
Shares to be issued/offered:
IPO in conjunction with the listing of Sorento Capital on the ACE Market comprising:

(I) Public issue of 155,000,000 new ordinary shares in Sorento Capital ("Issue Shares") in the following manner:

43,000,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;

16,000,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the eligible Directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of Sorento Capital and its subsidiaries; and
96,000,000 Issue Shares made available by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors as approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia (“MITI”); and

(II)  Offer for sale of up to 74,000,000 existing shares (“Offer Shares”) in the following manner:

62,500,000 Offer Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors; and

11,500,000 Offer Shares made available by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors as approved by the MITI.
