Planning to get a Polo 1.2 TSI, found few or them selling cheap around 15k. I plan to drive this for like 1-2 years, then sell it off and get a FD2R. Need to rebuild my financial first, now not strong enough to bela a FD2R.

Anyone here driving or owning this car? What’s your experience with this car for daily driving? I mostly drive to MRT station or travel to KLIA when requires me to, won’t be hitting 100km mileage as i no longer travel to another state by car.

In the meantime i did look around for axia and myvi, my target is to get a below 17k car.

How reliable the car is? I’m not whacking this car anyway, purely daily drive.

It had the common vw issues la gearbox and piston kong but all has been changed to new parts

Normal driving 1-2 years and intent to build your finances, better take something more reliable. Myvi, axia, saga are great buy for short distances.
