Our Maybank Trade & CDS Account, how to do Nominees?
Example like kwsp, can do Nominees (in the event if we are not around, our nominee can claim shares in my CDS.)

No such Thing as nominees upon death... Follow the usual route... High court letter order, Land office order or amanah raya letter... No KWSP style nominees So basically, best to write wills stating who get what clearly... Including your shares holdings 🙏 chinkw1 liked this post
