i have a pit bull too... =)

ive read about how one assume a pit would be a very dangerous dog ...
ive had 2 pits in the past and expecting my 3rd pit in a month...

well, thru my experience, ive had a shitzu before my pits..
and believe me, my pit is human friendly and somehow, knows how to respect my shitzu...
he would shy away when my shitzu is around, but my shitzu is the one acting all pit while my pit act all shitzu....

to me, its how you bring the dog up..
ive walked in to pits and rottweilers compound without a prob, as the owner is there to command.. & i too have been to my friends house and got bitten by a chihuahua and a .... that mini doberman dog....

in most cases, its often how one brings up the dog..
and its sad to say a lot does not know how... especially those who dont have access to internet...

a very simple thing would be.....
people often go hit the dog trying to correct them when bite foot wear..
but how many would know, you need to teach and correct them as off the moment they do it or they would forget what the punishment is for...

simple said, all dogs can be dangerous if the way of bringing it up is wrong..

sorry, may i ask if anyone got recommendation for a place to crop ears?

Dog can live with you is 1 thing, whether they respect you or not is another matter....

and where the dog lives, that is his territory... not yours....
proper up bringing is a must....
